Retreat from the Programme
- Members may withdraw from the Programme at any time without pressure.
- Signing out of the account or uninstalling Lyndung does not withdraw a member from the Programme.
- To fully withdraw, members must click the 'Retreat' button in the system and complete SMS verification using the code sent to them.
- After completing withdrawal, the member remains Active for the next 26 days.
- During this 26-day grace period, the member remains accountable for any Actual Community Sharing Amount.
- Refund processing for any available Initial Sharing Contribution balance starts immediately after the 26-day period ends.
Disqualification from the Programme
- If a member fails to top up the Initial Sharing Contribution or pay the Annual or Monthly Membership Fee, the member will be suspended from the Programme for 26 days.
- If no payment is received within the 26-day grace period, the member will be disqualified and will no longer be eligible for Programme benefits.
- During the grace period, the member remains accountable for any Actual Community Sharing Amount.
- Refund processing for any available Initial Sharing Contribution balance starts immediately after the 26-day period ends.
- If payment is made within the 26-day grace period, the member's status will be reinstated to Active immediately.
Refund Policy
- Members who are withdrawn or disqualified from the Programme are entitled to a refund of any unused portion of their Initial Sharing Contribution, as determined by Lyndung.
- Lyndung may require up to 60 days to process and return those refunds.
- The Annual or Monthly Participation Fee is not refundable for any reason or circumstance, except in the case of recorded duplicate charges.
- The Administrator may require up to 30 days to refund members for duplicate charges.
Inactive Members
- If a member becomes inactive and the Administrator is unable to establish contact for five (5) months, any unused portion of the Initial Sharing Contribution will be transferred to the community pool.
- Inactive members whom Lyndung cannot contact will be notified of the transfer through email, WhatsApp, and Telegram, where applicable.
- If the member reconnects with Lyndung within the same five (5) month period, Lyndung is obligated to return the funds or provide an equivalent replacement.

Lyndung reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend, update, or modify this Policy.
