Retreat, Disqualification and Refund Policy


Retreat from the Programme

Members are free to withdraw from the Programme at any time without any pressure. Signing out from the account or uninstalling Lyndung does not withdraw a member from the Programme. Members are required to click the 'Retreat' button in the system to withdraw from the Programme completely. A verification code that must be inserted into the system will be sent through the SMS to confirm member withdrawal from the Programme.

A Member will remain 'Active' for the next 26 days after completing the withdrawal process. Within the 26 days of the grace period, the Member is still accountable for any Actual Community Sharing Amount. The refund process of any available balance of the Member's Initial Sharing Contribution begins immediately after 26 days.

Disqualification from the Programme

In a case where a member fails to top up his/her Initial Sharing Contribution or make payment for the Annual/Monthly Membership Fee, the Member will be suspended from the Programme for 26 days. In the event if no payment received within the grace period of 26 days, the member will be disqualified and no longer eligible to enjoy the benefits of the Programme.

Within the grace period of 26 days, the member is still accountable for any Actual Community Sharing Amount. The refund process of any available balance of the Member's Initial Sharing Contribution begins immediately after 26 days.

Please note that the member status will be immediately reinstated to 'Active' if payment is made within the grace period of 26 days.

Refund Policy

Members who are withdrawn or disqualified from the Programme are entitled for a refund. However, refunds are only available for any unused portion of his/her Initial Sharing Contribution as determined by Lyndung. Lyndung will require up to 60-days to refund the members.

Please note that the Annual/Monthly Participation Fee is not refundable for any reason or circumstances save and except in the case of recorded duplicate charges. The Administrator may require up to 30-days to refund members for any duplicate charges.

Lyndung reserves the right at any time without prior notice from the members to amend, update or modify this Policy.
